How my copy center can be connected?

To configure your services, you need to specify what kind of printings your business performs. Then you need to configure prices, delivery options, payment options and specify working hours and copy center location and contacts. What mobile apps my clients will be given?

After your copy center account is activated in PrintHub system - your print center will be displayed in a general PrintHub catalog on the web site and in all our mobile apps. It means that your clients will be able to use our PrintHub Andoid or PrintHub iOS applications for sending their print orders to your copy center. Available print settings, prices, supported delivery and payment methods will be loaded from your copy center profile and will be fully controlled by you.

What countries and languages supported?

Currently we support 3 languages: English, Russian and Ukrainian. There is no technical difficulties to add a support of any other language but we might need your assistance to help us translate our texts to your language. As for currency support - we can specify any available currency but integration with your local online payments provider might take some time. 

How my copy center will know about new orders?

When a new order arrives to a copy-center, PrintHub automatically sends a notification through email and/or Viber or Telegram messengers depending on copy center configuration. A notification message contains a link to PrintHub web page where all order details are shown. The page contains a line to all uploaded documents and photos that must be printed.

How much it cost?

We do not charge anything for integration and configuration plus first month is absolutely free for any new copy center. Starting from a second month we charge 10% commission from all print orders that were sent to your copy center through PrintHab. The commission is fixed and charged at the end of each fiscal period.

My copy center is using custom software, can we integrate it with a PrintHub?

Yes, we can implement integration or any custom implementation that is required by your business. We have own development center and we can easily implement any R&D or integration solution.
