PrintHub supports various channels for placing print orders. The most popular are: this web site, mobile applications, and messengers. The web site is the most convenient and flexible tool for placing orders from computers. Mobile apps and messengers are useful for placing orders from Android and iOS devices. PrintHub mobile app requires registration, whereas messenger bots use client messenger id and do not require any additional authentication.
PrintHub platform serves a chain of self service printing terminals and in order to place an order, first of all you must decide what terminal you are going to print your order at. This step is required because different terminals may use different pricing models or do not support some printing options like color printing or duplex. List of available kiosks, their working hours and status can be found on PrintHub map. The map displays terminal locations , their statuses and available paper capacity in real time. The terminals, marked with a red color, are currently unavailable either because of some technical issues (if kiosk status is offline) or because the terminal is out of working hours. Green color means that the terminal is up and running and ready for printing.
Each terminal has a corresponding informational panel that is displayed on the right from the map. The panel contains a yellow button "Upload files" that initiates a process of ordering. Click on this button triggers a pop-up window where users can upload their files to PrintHub cloud. After all files are uploaded and their processing is completed, new panel pop-ups at the bottom of the page and it contains a list of uploaded files, their statuses and button "Print" that navigates users to order editor page. Order editor must be used for configuring printing and paper options.
Some documents, such as word documents protected by password, or pdf files with enabled protection from printing can not be normally processed by PrintHub in automatic mode. For printing such documents you have to change their format on your workstation and upload converted documents instead of original. Print your document to xps file using Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer or to PDF, using Microsoft Print to PDF and upload output file instead of your source file.
After you have chosen all necessary printing properties, click button "Add to basket". Click button "Pay and complete", being on basket page, to get to payment screen for choosing payment method. Currently, PrintHub supports 2 payment methods: by cash at terminal and by payment cards. With cash payments, terminals accept banknotes only and do not give back change. Payment remainer can be saved as SMS voucher that can be used as a payment for any further orders. All online payments are arranged without any additional fees. Service fees is located on each terminal page (list of links to these pages can be found below)
PrintHub account is strictly required for mobile applications only. Viber and Telegram bots use messenger client id for authorization. Web site supports both: authorized and anonyhmous modes that makes a process of registration an optional. Registrered users recieve automatic notifications about their orders and have access to personal profile where they can store their files, orders and payments.
